Rizzi already has your conversation and the relevant project context. Describe what went wrong in plain language and it will try to fix the issue first — then, if it can't, prepare a support request for you to review and submit with one tap.

Raising a request takes seconds and never drops you into a blank form far from your work.
Say what went wrong
In any chat, describe the problem naturally — for example, "my finished video has no audio." Rizzi uses the conversation and project context to understand it, and attempts a reasonable fix first.
Rizzi prepares a request
If it can't resolve the issue, Rizzi shows you a preview — a short subject and a clear, plain-language summary. Nothing is sent yet. You can ask it to change the details or submit as-is.
Submit with one tap
The request is created only when you press Submit request. You get a friendly ticket number like RG-ABC123, a status, and a link to track it. The technical context travels along automatically.
Track it in Settings → Support
Every request you've raised lives in Settings → Support, with its current status and an unread marker when the team replies. Read replies and continue the conversation right there.
Request statuses
You always know where a request stands.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | RizzGen Support has received your request. |
| Investigating | The team is looking into the issue. |
| Waiting on user | Support needs a bit more information from you. |
| Resolved | The team considers the issue addressed. A follow-up from you reopens it. |
| Closed | The request is complete and read-only. You can raise a new request anytime. |
